Sam Meneses (she/her) is a Hispanic LGBT filmmaker and colorist located in Philadelphia, PA. She got her start behind the camera capturing and editing wedding content, from shooting on location to applying her eye for color and light to the color grading process. Sam is like a swiss army knife, ready for any challenge and able to apply her behind-the-scenes creative expertise to anything thrown her way.

She has color graded her first Feature documentary film, “Bad Things Happen in Philadelphia”. Directed/produced by Kyra Knox, this film has been nominated in ABFF and featured in new articles such as Deadline, Vibe Magazine, Philly Tribune, and more.

Sam Meneses joined MALKA Media in April 2022 and is continually growing as a Colorist. Working with companies such as L'Oréal, Shark, MoneyLion, WebMD, Amazon, and Showtime. As well as podcasts that are hosted by Mike Tyson, Kevin Garnett, Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. Sam is quite proud of her work with the Malka team.
